MindDetox Centre of Mental Health & Wellbeing (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to providing high-quality psychological services, workshops, webinars, and educational programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of fees paid for our services.

 

1. General Policy

  • All services, workshops, webinars, and consultations are subject to this Refund Policy.

  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable after the service has been delivered, unless stated otherwise.

  • Refund eligibility is considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms below.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. Event Cancellation by MindDetox:

    • If a workshop, webinar, or program is canceled by us, a full refund of the paid fees will be issued.

  2. Prepaid Services – Early Cancellation:

    • Partial or full refunds may be provided if a request is made 7 days prior to the scheduled session or event.

    • Refunds for early cancellation may be subject to administrative fees, which will be communicated in advance.

 

3. Non-Refundable Services

 

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services already delivered, including completed consultations, therapy sessions, or workshops

  • Access to recorded webinars, digital courses, or downloadable resources once shared

  • Late cancellation requests submitted less than [insert number] days before the scheduled event

 

4. Requesting a Refund

  2. Provide your name, contact information, service or event details, and reason for the refund request.

  3. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days.

  4. Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment whenever possible.

 

5. Changes to Scheduled Services

  • We reserve the right to reschedule workshops, webinars, or sessions if necessary.

  • If a participant cannot attend a rescheduled session, a full refund or credit toward a future session may be provided.

 

6. Limitations

​

  • Refunds are only processed in accordance with this policy.

  • We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel, accommodation, or third-party fees.
